Workload & pressure are comparable to other consultancies. - Lots of opportunities for learning & taking stretch assignments - Feedback culture: you get feedback from colleagues both on your strengths and areas of development and are encouraged to do the same - Flexibility and high speed of work (I put it in pros, because although it might feel overwhelming sometimes, it keeps you from being bored and makes you feel you achieved something in the end).

- HQ located in Bamberg. The city is beautiful, but travelling might be hard, as you need to take the train to reach the nearest airport (or travel 3 hours to Munich or Frankfurt in case you need a bigger airport) - Salary is "scaled to Bamberg" - i.e. not very high
