A family run business that has grown massively during my time here. It has a core of staff who have been there for a number of years now and have all bought into the core values and have progressed Gibbs Hybrid forward.

There needs to be more open communication from the senior team with staff on the "shop floor", this will allow the company to grow as members of staff will feel they are trusted to progress, in turn this will allow Gibbs to continue to grow.
