The company does provide a reasonable salary. And on the whole is a good company. Helps with supplying continuing education if desired.

If a customer complains about the tech, the tech is the one on trial, The customer is all ways right. The tech is forced out or laid off. When the evidence is proven that the customer has lied, just to get a low rate on her bill, the tech is still laid off. The tech is not hired back. so the training that AT&T provided is wasted. The company has a tendency to over work the personal to the extent of exhaustion. 6 to 9 days straight, 12 to 16 hour days.
