      This is a very small company that source for various companies. I had the UK country lead all persistently calling me to hire more people from Aubay. Regrettably, my contract was terminated after I rejected this with an excuse that made no sense to anyone. In a court of law, this is unfair dismissal.

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
