Pace of work, work/life balance is good. Some very capable people, lots of opportunity to learn.

Svantaggi

Very little possibility of progression. Very little proactive management. Very little meaningful recognition: badges and pats on back don’t mean much; things that do like out of cycle pay increases, and recognition at promotion time don’t happen.

When and where it counts, leadership seems unwilling to stick their necks out and stand up for their employees, and tend to prioritise most other things above employee development and other employee needs, which makes it very difficult to retain talent and to believe all the talk about valuing employees.
