      Great people and team oriented environment. Great learning opportunity for anyone new in the CRE industry. High volume of deals to view and great for getting your feet wet.

      Svantaggi

      Poor management structure and unclear path of growth. Salary for operations, non-direct revenue generating, is a bit low for the industry.

      Very flexible and fun environment. The pay is great and they offer a lot of support and training.

      Mostly part time hours available so no health benefits, etc and recently several employees were laid off.

      Not much opportunity to grow and very limited hours. Not a real part time job, it’s part time, part time. Just a little something extra.
