The management in New York doesn’t focus much on employee development, and although there’s a lot of training, it only covers the basics and doesn’t equip you to advance long-term. There’s not much company support for growth, at least in this region. The pay is decent, but since it's part-time, you’re typically working 10 to 15 hours a week
