Most of the leadership team have no prior experience in their roles - this shows with the lack of leadership and extensive micromanagement in all areas. Such micromanagement leads to constant shifting priorities, waterfall approach to delivery and daily battling against live faults with the platform. High staff turnover. Honest feedback is not listened to or acted on - HR are sitting on a pile of feedback. No career progression, only to fill gaps with everyone leaving. Very little experience of product or software delivery beyond engineers. Feels like working in a big bank. Problems and issues are swept under the rug and not spoken about.
