Vantaggi

I had the opportunity to work with Himanshu directly, and it was a great learning experience. Though his expectations were very demanding, he guided me whenever I needed it. Since the team is small, my interactions with the founders helped me learn and grow rapidly. At the end of my tenure, I was working from home as well.

Svantaggi

Not that I can think of. But I like working from the office more than working from home. The Audify office was very luxurious.

Vantaggi

- Ownership culture — you will learn to take real responsibility, even if it comes the hard way. - Flexible timings. Initially the workload was intense, but it became more manageable over time. - No micromanagement, and communication was generally decent. - Good scale of work, though you have to be very responsible. - You will learn how to ship things fast.

Svantaggi

First of all, there is a very strong "psychological" and "financial" reason behind why this company's team size went from 20 to 2. You will notice a pattern on LinkedIn — almost all previous employees leave within one year. Sadly, the company is a sinking ship, not a rising star. I heard they used to offer good salary, but they no longer do. It's not a 4-star company, but it's not a 3-star one either — it falls somewhere in between. Though this was both the best and the worst thing that ever happened to me. The hard lessons I learned were invaluable, but the mental trauma wasn't worth it. Would I recommend this company? To a fresher — maybe, with caution. To an experienced professional — absolutely not. Cons: - The founders have a habit of "ignoring" rather than directly saying no. - Your bosses follow a non-confrontational management style — not in a good way. They avoid difficult conversations instead of addressing issues head-on. - Very unprofessional people. - They preach ownership, but there's zero appreciation when things go well. - If you think you've seen selfish people in your life, you're in for a surprise.
