Vantaggi

-decent benefits via Experian -free lunches in office

Svantaggi

-extremely cliquey "boys club" culture in the NYC office, led by few early sellers and a founder who create a hostile and exclusionary environment -one individual in particular behaves as if he owns the place - makes inappropriate comments about appearances, brags about wins at the expense of teammates CEO frequently curses and yells at people -zero collaboration or team support -account assignments are completely unworkable; many accounts are inactive or already taken by others despite being "assigned" -no leadership presence or support; no attention from leadership unless you're already generating revenue -emotionally and mentally draining atmosphere; worst culture -why Experian acquired such a company is BEYOND words

Vantaggi

Audigent is a cutting-edge company that’s redefining data intelligence and audience monetization. The leadership team truly values employee contributions. The work environment is highly collaborative, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and learning. I’ve been impressed by the innovative spirit here — new ideas are always welcomed, and there’s a real focus on pushing boundaries. The company culture is inclusive and supportive, making it a great place to work.

Svantaggi

Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, and priorities can shift — but that’s part of the excitement!

Vantaggi

• Free office lunches • Decent benefits through Experian • Some passionate and capable peers

Svantaggi

• Employees are not treated equally—certain staff are favored while others are overlooked, regardless of performance • There is little to no racial or cultural diversity, especially in leadership and decision-making roles • Promotions are promised and dangled to retain talent, but follow-through is rare or non-existent • Employees are misled into taking on responsibilities well beyond their title or pay grade, under the guise of "opportunity" • Leadership avoids accountability when it comes to decision-making, often leaving key responsibilities vaguely defined or shifting depending on who’s willing to pick up the slack • Feedback culture is non-existent—challenging decisions or behavior often leads to being sidelined or punished • The work environment is emotionally exhausting, with favoritism and cliques driving team dynamics more than merit or collaboration
