      Good collaboration across the team. Business goals are clearly defined and effectively communicated to employees. HR and management have been very supportive, especially during the crisis in the UAE. The company is full of talented individuals, and the product development has been truly innovative.

Big deals are taken away from you Hiring is not tactical Working weekends is common for things that are not urgent They often fire, average lifespan of team members is 6 months All team members know that this is not a long-term gig
