The tenure at this company says a lot about loyalty and the pride so many employees take in working here. We are pioneers in the industry and the attention spent on exceptional customer experiences and quality work is no doubt why we are leading the pack in the integrator space.

While much effort has gone into a recent culture revamp with setting vision and core values, etc., it will take time for this good work to trickle down from upper management to every employee so we are unified in the positive changes we need to make. Also, sometimes it's hard to all be on the same page when we work out of five separate offices spread throughout California.
