Always evolving, so responsibilities have been a little vague… but recently they have been org driven. The proposal software is incredibly versatile, but dated.

Industry recognized as world class. Having AudioVisions on your resume tells potential employers that you are elite.

They don't listen to their techs, they are the eyes and ears of the company, yet they ignore any and all warnings or issues pertaining to job site volatility or danger. Most techs are amazing and top notch, yet there are a few who simply hoard knowledge as it were to become worth money one day and they need to keep it wrapped up and safe. There is no advancement, should a senior tech leave, they close the position and screw the next in line. When they do open new positions, instead of sticking to the brand promise of hiring within, they take on techs from beyond the company walls and hire "friends" of upper management. It creates a hostile office environment. There is a blatant disconnect between the corporate office and the worker bees, yet they are only separated by concrete in the same building. The guys upstairs need to open their eyes if they want to stay on top of the industry.
