Though you get a chance to work on AR, you need to work on your own, no one is there to teach anything. Even the so called manager are not aware of anything. All they do is say Yes to whatever the CEO says. You really can express any of your skills there, even if you come up with one they'll immediately ask you to shut it down and focus on something which will never release. The company has lot of money and they invest on useless experiment machines rather then using it on quality people. So far, the company hasn't launched even single app. All time, they copy other AR apps which is a major drawback. The CEO takes the complete authority over the product, no matter what your designation is you must always follow and listen to the CEO. If you say NO, then you are sacked. There were many bad reviews about this company but these people somehow delete it. Augray is a secondary business for this CEO so if it runs on the bad side, you can expect the bad news anytime. In short, it's not a stable company. Knowing this many people have already left, if you join mostly, you'll see new joiners. So please be aware before you join here.
