1yFor any potential future employees, the above statements are incorrect. We are both confused and concerned about the above review, mainly because our company currently offers a robust benefits package, including traditional and high deductible health insurance options, dental, vision, company-paid 401K contributions, and company-paid Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), and life insurance, which have been in place since January 2020. Our company does quarterly employee performance reviews (EOS quarterly conversations). We conduct annual compensation reviews each June, during which employees are considered for merit increases.
