Changing managers, lots of work

This company has a pool of highly talented software engineers, so you will learn a lot working among them. In addition, the company vision is truly inspiring. The unlimited PTO and the full health benefits was a huge plus.

Much of the senior management was involved in politics and power plays instead of driving product development and sales. This was a truly disheartening experience, learning that the driving force behind some early founders was personal profit and political prestige. I would not recommend anyone who wants to build a career in management to take a management position here.
