Good for those who has insurance background since u get to learn things, boss is very good

No learning opportunities for any other profiles, not good for IT. Senior manager has given less responsibilities n more authority, employees are bullied by him most of the times... No work life balance

Nothing good bad company with bad environment

No proper salary structure. Working hours are similar like watchman 11 hours daily. No leaves even on public holidays or festival time. Worst management ever. No proper salary slip no proper offer and experience letter.
