The pay was good when you didn't have to fight with management about your entitlements and allowances

Profits and bums on seats are prioritised over safety. Appalling safety record. No support. Micro managing leaders. Managers are selected by how many boxes they can tick rather than experience and capability. No promotion from with in. Dare to speak up about safety issues and you just get shot down

Flexibility, Work Culture, People. Really working as part of the team

Nothing bad so far. Really good job place to work
