Small team with broad responsibility means individuals have a lot of flexibility and a variety of opportunities for growth.

The company is growing, which means we're establishing new processes and driving for best practices. There can be a lot of ambiguity and many times we're figuring things out as we go. That's not a good fit for everyone.

Recent personnel change and management structure has make work life balance better. Able to choose what you work on to some extent and try everything. Get to work on new technology for big companies.

Small team means there isn't much room to grow. Currently there is not a clear path upwards. On boarding process is rough.
