- not many cons - training happens every year (online) and 80% didn't seem very applicable, but I understand why it was included (for workplace environment and DEI, etc)

I really enjoyed the team atmosphere in general.

I was only part time at the time, and part timers exclusively worked the Saturday shifts. It felt like an unfair position to make less money than the full time employees, while also working more days (definitely not more hours- but more days)
