Very toxic atmosphere. Micromanagement next level. Partner will sit down next to you for a whole afternoon pointing out every little mistake you could’ve possible made. You’ll be mocked and degraded. Almost every week someone will come out of the meeting room crying. I was never able to do anything right. Favouritism is a real thing here, only the 4 partners (all male) really truely matter. If you’re not in this select group you’re opinion is just not valid. If you are a woman; don’t think about making it to partner because the boss doesn’t believe in women in leadership positions. It took a real toll on my mental health and still recovering from my time there. They think they’re the most flexible bosses ever which is not true; overtime is not paid and not registered and if you try to leave after your normal working hours you will be roasted. They only hire people coming right out of school because they don’t know any better. People are being manipulated and treated very poorly. I would not advise anyone to work here.
