Very inclusive and supportive workplace

The district is very large and can seem overwhelming at times

Patient staff, wise leadership, and empathic policies.

No growth, lack of communication between teams and staff, people are set in their ways and oppose change. Currently there are hiring freezes so it is difficult to know if the job will be available by the start of school year.
