Decent pay and office set up

The owner is the boss and has a temper and no empathy. Constantly talks about his anger issues and makes people nervous to be “funny about it”. One time, he flipped a pocket knife open in my face as a joke or something, it was unsettling. I had tried to communicate on days I could not show up (car trouble, hail storm severely damaged my house, and all the things that have to be done DURING business hours to complete those tasks.) Brad had no empathy and would say “don’t text after hours” yet would micromanage you all the time in whatever way is convenient for him right then. The answer was commonly “this is a coverage position” yet I never worked less than 35 hours a week and he didn’t want us to earn overtime. He’s saying I was drinking on the job and trying to sue me for defamation but I never said anything that was a lie. If anything, he deserves to be called out after all the intimidation tactics and hostile work environment problems.
