Because I was a younger employee I was treated with less respect despite having the same abilities as my older colleagues. One of the only companies in the world where most of the IT professionals are over the age of 45. Not open to new ideas. Very political and a-lot of bickering. Also had an issue with a homophobic and misogynistic manager.
