work-life balance : You're expected to punch in for 9 hours, every weekday, with definite weekend work. Leadership: Leadership seems directionless. There's a lack of clear goals or vision for where the company is heading. Decisions are often made on the fly without any strategic foresight, which leads to chaos and frustration. Culture: Culture? What culture? The environment is toxic, with little to no support system. You're just a number here, and there's no sense of belonging or community... you will be silently laid off and people around you treat you like untouchable . Job Insecurity That hurts: Constant anxiety among employees because of persistent job insecurity. It’s tough to focus on doing your best work when you’re always wondering if today might be your last day.
