The work is steady, and people are generally okay. Good place to work if you are looking to step into this field.

Svantaggi

They don't appreciate their employees and have really bad turnover. They work you to the ground but give little praise. Those who have family connections stick around, but those who actually put forth efforts are "laid off". They expect you to wear several hats, but make one mistakes and off with your head. If you are passionate about what you do for living, this is NOT the place for you.
