1. Super toxic engineering culture. The amount of tech debt taken on is shocking. Wrong lines of code are just buried on top of each other. 2. Hire and fire type of culture. The company does not value employees . Organizations are led by people. Insecure, inexperienced indecisive over the direction and lack of empathy. Recipe for overworking, no direction and creating a poor workplace (and product). 3. Culture is horrible - sweatshop with low compensation and minimal career development. No learning. No increments. 4. 1:1 calls are just for bookkeeping 5. Chaotic Work Environment: Working heree can often feel like navigating through chaos. The lack of clear processes and organization always lead to confusion and frustration among team, hindering productivity and morale. You will only end up only doing firefighting here 6. Poor Compensation: No matter how hard you work, you'll get peanuts here because product has no direction/future 7. Blame Culture: Prevalent blame culture create a toxic work environment at Authenicate. These practices stifle creativity and erode trust in the team. Instead of fostering collaboration and innovation, such practices contribute to a culture of fear. 8. No benefits, no insurance because you are hired as contractor and not full time employee. No brand name.
