Toxic culture disguised as “fast-paced.” Leadership uses “startup” as an excuse for lack of structure, poor communication, and reactive decision-making. No clear career path or title progression. Promotions and raises are inconsistent, not based on performance or tenure, and often come without role clarity. Frequent reorganizations. Entire teams were laid off or reassigned multiple times with little to no notice or strategy. This created instability and confusion.
