Toxic culture disguised as “fast-paced.” Leadership uses “startup” as an excuse for lack of structure, poor communication, and reactive decision-making. No clear career path or title progression. Promotions and raises are inconsistent, not based on performance or tenure, and often come without role clarity. Frequent reorganizations. Entire teams were laid off or reassigned multiple times with little to no notice or strategy. This created instability and confusion. Micromanagement masked as “collaboration.” Decisions are often made behind closed doors, then employees are blamed when execution fails. High turnover. Many talented people have left, or were pushed out, due to burnout and unclear expectations

Favoritism from senior leadership means you will get sidelined if you're not willing to play office politics. Compensation is below market rate but you will be offered equity instead, which will we a risk and unlikely to be worth anything. Customer churn is pretty bad so layoffs are a constant worry. High employee turnover in 2025.
