Very clique-prone workplace - if someone with tenure in your area decides they don't like you, they will try to drive you out. High pressure for sales area employees. Repeatedly 'cleans house' and moves large numbers of positions to the Philippines causing many good workers to lose jobs. Do not treat all employees the same (personal feelings of management/HR are obviously racist and judgemental). HR breaks the rules more often than any other department (dress code, attendance, etc.).
