What I noticed right away after starting here is that it is fast paced and the goal is to deliver the sprint on time. Sometimes maybe too fast but what I like the most it that the leadership team is understanding and listens to alternative solutions that we bring forward as a team. The product as come along way and I'm proud to be on this team.
