Toxic work environment - Recensione dipendente - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician presso Autism Behavior Support

-BCBA’s have caseloads therefor clients are not getting the help they truly need. Data does not truly reflect due to this. -Lack of training for new RBTS to be thrown to hard clients. -very unorganized - Clinic is not ethically set up for ABA, too many clients in each room, therefore a lot of over stimulation happening and not enough accurate data being taken because if this. -reinforcement ( principle of ABA ) is being controlled by a schedule which to me does not seem ethical or follow the principles of ABA. -RBTS leaving constantly due to this work environment -your availability does not matter to them, you are just a number, no more. - my soul feels drained
