Working remotely has allowed me to prioritize my health, reduce my anxiety, and have more time with my family. My life all around has been on a positive trend since joining the ALC team. Working for a place that genuinely cares about you- and hears your opinions on processes - makes such a difference.

Working remotely does take away the social aspect of working closely- but it does make you more productive! Even if I could make more money somewhere else- I wouldn't leave ALC. It feels like family!

Clients and families are awesome! Techs and BCBAs are nice.

Management sucks. At one point of time they had someone who had no qualifications in a position of power. There’s barely any time off. If your session is cancelled there’s no guarantee hrs. Also there’s no real room for growth.
