We do have many opportunities currently for our Behavior Technicians to work more hours, so if someone wasn’t interested in working part-time, they have other options! At the end of the day our goal is to provide our employees with a variety of scheduling options so you can work a schedule that fits your needs while providing support to our families. •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
