Support and teamwork are two factors we believe are critical to your experience and success, and we never want our staff to feel like their team isn’t accessible or supportive. We believe deeply in the importance of training and developing our staff, so everyone feels prepared to provide support to our families. We conduct annual performance reviews as well as pay reviews of all positions every year to ensure that we are helping our employees grow in their roles as well as confirming we’re in line with industry benchmarks for pay.       •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
