      Thank you for supporting our Los Angeles families and we appreciate you recognizing our awesome leadership team! We know how physically and mentally demanding the Behavior Technician role can be, and while it’s truly one of the most rewarding positions, it can still take a toll. We’ve put together a number of resources to anyone feeling overwhelmed such as additional support and training from your regional Field Trainer and/or direct Supervisor. We wholeheartedly agree that training is key to preparing you for those situations where you might need to make quick decisions. Thank you so much for all your work during your time at ALP and we hope you’re thriving wherever your career has taken you.

      •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
