Thank you for supporting ALP’s mission and making a difference in the lives of our families! We appreciate the time you spent at our Support Center and the work you contributed. Remote work has become much more common since the pandemic and we’re glad you were able to take advantage of that flexibility while working in our Client Services department. We believe it doesn’t matter the location from which you support our teams; it’s far more important how you do it! We care deeply about our employees, and we always want to hear feedback to help us improve our employee experience and our company as a whole. For example, recently we completed our annual employee satisfaction survey to continue the conversation around what our employees want and need to feel supported and seen in their jobs. Work/life balance is a big priority for us, and we strive to do all we can to ensure our staff is well cared for. This covers everything from flexible scheduling to EAP benefits to training and support for our employees. Thanks again for helping to support both our families and our clinicians working in the field.

Hearing directly from RBTs is something we deeply value, and the fact that you felt those voices weren't reaching the right people is feedback we take to heart. Amazing clients and growth opportunities are things we work hard to protect, and we know that means getting the environment and leadership around them right too.
