3yThank you for your time and service at ALP. We appreciate your contributions to the company and the impact you made on our New Mexico families. Also, congratulations on becoming a mother! We truly hope you and your family are healthy and doing well. We can only imagine how stressful it might be to try and balance being a new mom while working in-home with clients as a BCBA. And it’s because of that, we strive to do everything we can to ensure that our staff is well cared for, and that work/life balance is a priority. For anyone in who feels overwhelmed we highly recommend speaking to their Clinical Director so we can help find the best way to support you.
About lactation breaks and location, ALP’s policy is to make the reasonable effort to provide our employees with the use of a private space in close proximity to their sessions. We apologize that this accommodation was not met for you, but our HR team is already working to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. We also encourage employees in this situation to notify their Manager and/or Client Services if needed.
Thank you again for all that you did for our New Mexico families and we wish you the best of luck in the future.
