They give support the first couple of months but after you pretty much have to figure it out on your own. Some of the supervisors were amazing though.

They are business and sometimes you do not feel like a priority. There is no room for growth or a raise. The times of availability are on their terms.

If they aren’t available, you can also reach out to your Clinical Director or Field Trainer to lean in and get additional support. And if you’re looking for career growth, your supervisor and Clinical Director are the people to connect with on that as well! We truly thrive on career progression for all of our employees across the country.
