      Part time could mean that you are are still working everyday of the week! Working 6 days a week for 3-4 hours a day. Taking time off requires you to find a sub or making up the hours putting you in a position to work full time with no benefits.

We’re sorry you weren’t able to take advantage of full-time benefits, but we do have benefit packages for our employees who work as little as 20 hours per week.       •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
