A lot companies are all about the money. This company genuinely cares for their staff and clients they service. Management makes you feel like you belong to a higher calling and it feels like home. Of course there are ups and downs but that is life. I am fortunate that this company led by Charles Rhee supports the idea that taking care of staff first will produce positive outcomes for our clients. It's up to me to make the most of it and I have. I am grateful for the opportunity to work continue to work here. I've worked at other agencies and they say one thing and do another to save money or play favorites. I make more here than I ever have in other larger agencies. I am able to make a high stable income and have fantastic medical benefits. Professional liability, PPEs and therapy items are also paid by company which saves me money and also makes me feel more supported.
