I love working for this company, it feels small and close knit yet we are expanding to be able to serve more clients. Supportive, collaborative culture without micromanagement.

I don’t know everyone at the company since there are multiple locations but we usually have twice annual get-togethers that are a lot of fun.

I believe that the BCBAs are passionate about the work it can be fun working with the kids overall good to learn about ABA therapy supervision was decent well meaning employees who I do believe care about the company

It was very low pay when I worked there, with a $1 pay raise after doing RBT training. It was super hard to meet full time employment status (which is 30+ hours) with all the driving, I never got benefits because I was so burnt out after doing only 2 weeks of 30+ hours. There is no defined lunch break or any structured breaks, my breaks were driving around the city Extremely isolating, I only met coworkers during trainings in the beginning I stayed as long as I did for my clients, I hope some of these negative things have changed since I worked here!
