New owners and new president cleaned up the “legacy mess” which was just whole bunch of old habits that the previous president/owners kept practicing. The company is smaller in regards of employees, but it’s a great thing. There were too many random people collecting paychecks with producing little to no results. I can say that now that the culture has turned around, (thanks to Drew), everyone in the business is focusing on the same goal and are working their butts off to get us there. Opinions matter, and we’re given the opportunity to speak and provide feedback. People come to work happy and work in teams to solve issues and provide solutions that would get us to the next level of performance. Kingswoood capital did a great job by placing Drew as the president and he has gotten the entire company to care about the company. Our direction and path is crystal clear including our plan and obstacles. Therefore everyone is clear on what needs to be done.

We don’t need that big of a building anymore. Maybe revisit that and try to lower our overhead and rental expenses. Work from remote is a great idea meep on working on that.
