- international company with diverse background, much bigger than anyone would expect - good pay and motivating bonus system, great health insurance, but no 401k - nice people, work/ life balance - CEO aspires to have modern “google/Apple” type of office and to create a global company

- hiring process is desperate, immature, rushed and with no strategy to get good talents - no company culture- little interaction with others. - Shaky sense of job security- the success is in details. The company had a rapid growth in past couple of years( what I was told) and it didn’t feel like a cohesive unit. - retaliation “feel” after calling sick, I just started, still, have some faith in people!
