The culture is very good, people are really nice, and it's headed in the right direction, but it will take years go get there. Great President.

Poor senior management has destroyed the IT department over many years. It's absolute Chaos, and it will take years to get where the company needs to get to. They fail every audit, have no security, and people are getting fired or quitting almost every month. Other areas like accounting, facilities, and HR are almost as bad.
