Constant changes in upper management means the “rules” are forever changing. Zero on-boarding processes. A few upper managers seem to care but are only out for themselves. A lot of quality staff leave because of the constant back stabbing by upper management. The newest corporate culture is nothing more than them blowing smoke up peoples rear ends. They say they care but about the people but everyone knows it’s all just about the bottom line.
