Most roles here are low pressure, a great place to retire if you're an old person looking to just collect a paycheque. The office facilities are mostly good and lots of parking. They used to pay above market standard but they haven't really kept up.

Most director level leadership are in their positions because they knew someone, bringing no real technical skills or mentorship. Constantly pushing subordinates under the bus, emotional decision making and narcissistic behavior from leadership. Lots of favoritism with promotions and salary increases. Unethical practices, lots of talent churn and horrible culture. If you're proactive and want to grow, stay away from this company. Most manager level and above are unqualified for their job functions.
