Company is currently losing money due to the lack of a market for their outdated product. Missed its IPO for the 3rd time this past year. Company is struggling and upper management is blind to the fact they are abusing their staff by a lower than average salary, no raises in over 5 years, and lack of movement within the company except for out the door.
