Middle management and below are good. We have regular reviews that aren't just about performance. Work events are a lot of fun. Nadine and Rappe are brilliant managers. Really approachable and fair. HR team trying to make things better.

Senior management are toxic, they don't "live" the values as they expect us to. They're arrogant and think they know better than the specialists. Won't listen to suggestions - we should just do as we're told. Don't pay people the right salary unless you're a favourite. Waste money on vanity projects that don't lead to anything. Won't get ahead unless you're South African. Refuse hybrid working because they don't like it, even if your performance is good. Talk about supporting ill health until you become a hassle and then they want you gone.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your experience at AutoProtect. We appreciate your positive feedback on specific managers and teams. We are currently reviewing our diversity, equality and inclusivity policy and processes, as well as our flexible working and hybrid working policies. We are updating our bullying and harassment policies. We are embarking on training all managers on our updated polices and processes. We are aligning these to our values, too. We take all grievances and reporting of bullying very seriously. We regret that you didn’t report your experience of being bullied. We would have done our utmost to assist you. We are cultivating a leadership development programme to measure how we live and demonstrate the values. We have implemented the Extra Mile Award to build a culture around our values. Our CEO is hosting a number of sessions to meet with people at all levels within the company to build spaces for open discussions and feedback. We have implemented a number of suggestions that have come from colleagues via our suggestion box. We benchmark all our roles according to the Willis Towers Watson matrix and review salaries annually – these are linked to the performance scores agreed to by both manager and colleague in our regular one to one meetings. These are in turn, moderated by the Revenue Committee as well as the management team. We support a number of colleagues who are ill, and we have engaged with a new firm of Occupational Health Specialists to assist us to manage this in a fair and compassionate manner. very competition based job if you arent putting in alot of work than what you should be doing you do get made to feel like an outsider

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your experience on our helpful people, and our lively office at AutoProtect. We appreciate that work standards are high in customer services where we measure output and results daily. Our managers do conduct regular one to one meetings, where our colleagues are given the opportunity top raise any personal issues that they may have, and to work out solutions to challenges within the role.
