They do have a guaranteed draw of $3000 per month. The individuals were great and had potential if it wasn't for the corporation.

Terrible pay and no training. Being a large corporation they make sudden changes to expectations constantly. Corporate is a mess and have no idea what they are wanting to do. You have no control over how you want to run your sales game. If you have prior experience in sales I would steer clear. History of some of the vehicles are unclear and makes it hard to have confidence in them. They make it hard to hit bonus with the low commission rates they give.

I have been with the company for a while and the company has treated me good the whole time I have been here. I have moved states for the company and grown with them as well. I think that I have seen the transition go bad for a while and was glad to come back with the heads of the company back in the right hands. Ultimately I love working for AutoSavvy. I think that I have given a lot to the company but the company has definitely given back as well. I guess my answers make it pretty clear who I am but that is okay hahaha LETS GO REAL DEAL RICHARDSON!!!!

Honestly I think that the pay structure could be better from the top down.
